London-based Metaview has secured €53.1 million in a Series C funding round. The investment was led by Insight Partners, with participation from GV, Intrepid Growth Partners, Seedcamp, Vertex Ventures US, Plural, and Garuda Ventures. This latest round brings the company's total funding to €97.4 million, or $110 million.

Founded in 2018 by Siadhal Magos and Shahriar Tajbakhsh, the startup provides an AI-driven recruiting platform. The system has processed over 6 million interviews and integrates with more than 62 tools, including Greenhouse, Workday, and Zoom. The company is compliant with SOC 2 Type II, GDPR, and CCPA standards.

In August 2026, Metaview acquired the California-based firm Reval. The founders of Reval joined the Metaview team to support the development of fillmore, an autonomous AI coworker designed for candidate sourcing and outreach. The platform currently serves over 7,000 companies, such as Deel, Affirm, and Replit.

The new capital will support three primary objectives: the general release of the fillmore agent, the introduction of new specialist agents, and the expansion of the workforce. Metaview plans to grow its team from 80 to 250 employees by the end of next year and will open a new office in New York to join its existing hubs in London and San Francisco.

Additionally, the company intends to scale its 10x Recruiting initiative. This program focuses on training talent professionals in talent engineering, which involves the construction and management of AI-powered hiring systems.
