Meta has officially launched Muse for Small Business, an AI-powered agent designed to assist small and medium-sized enterprises. The tool integrates directly with professional Meta platform accounts, allowing users to analyze data from Facebook and Instagram, as well as manage advertising accounts to generate task plans based on business performance.
The platform now supports a wide range of third-party services to streamline workflows. The list of compatible tools includes Asana, Box, Canva, Dropbox, Figma, Granola, HighLevel, Intuit QuickBooks, Klaviyo, Lovable, Notion, Shopify, Slack, Stripe, and Zoom.
This release follows the recent establishment of a dedicated enterprise business division within Meta. This new unit is tasked with scaling the company's AI offerings and driving sales of specialized artificial intelligence services to large corporate clients in the near future.
