Meizu has restocked the Meizu 22 smartphone, which was originally released on September 15 of last year. The device features a Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 processor, a 1.5K high-refresh-rate display, and a quad-camera setup with 50 megapixel sensors. The starting price for the handset is ¥2999.

The company is currently offering a trade-in subsidy of up to ¥450 for the pink and white color variants of the Meizu 22. Additionally, customers in certain regions can benefit from a 15% government subsidy on the purchase of the device.

Meizu previously announced a strategic shift in February, suspending the development of new in-house hardware projects for the domestic smartphone market. Despite this, the company confirmed that existing models like the Meizu 22, Note 16 series, and Lucky 08 remain on sale without price increases.

Regarding software support, Meizu stated that the Flyme operating system will no longer receive major version updates, though basic maintenance will continue. The 1TB version of the Meizu 22 is currently sold out through official channels, and stock for the 'Guihang' edition is limited.
