Xiaomi has reduced the price of its first NAS device, the Xiaomi Smart Storage, on JD.com. The price has dropped from ¥2699 to ¥2330. The offer includes a standard 3-year warranty, plus an additional 1-year extension and 5 years of data recovery services.
The device features a dual-bay design supporting up to 60TB of storage (30TB per bay) and is compatible with 3.5-inch or 2.5-inch drives. It is powered by 4GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage, housed in a 6-series aluminum frame. Connectivity options include a 2.5GbE port, one USB-A 3.0 port, and an HDMI 1.4 interface.
The NAS integrates a central gateway for smart home connectivity and supports AI-powered photo management with automatic classification. It allows for up to 16 user accounts and provides remote access with a bandwidth of up to 40Mbps. Users can back up data from cameras and mobile devices running HyperOS 3.0 or higher.
Multimedia features include automatic movie library organization, poster wall generation, and support for 4K HDR10 video playback. The system can be accessed via a dedicated app on mobile devices, computers, and TVs, or through the native file manager on Xiaomi smartphones.
