Matter Labs CEO Alex Gluchowski introduced Prividium Commander at the Money20/20 USA conference on October 21, 2026. The tool acts as a unified control plane designed to help banks transition blockchain pilot projects into full-scale production services.
The platform addresses operational challenges such as compliance workflows, audit requirements, and issuance controls. It integrates with existing legacy financial systems and operates across both public and private blockchain infrastructures to eliminate the need for custom engineering for every new use case.
Prividium Commander is built on the ZK Stack and functions as a layer atop the Prividium platform. It utilizes zero-knowledge proofs to anchor transactions to Ethereum, providing settlement finality while maintaining data privacy for institutional users.
In September 2026, Matter Labs open-sourced Prividium Core, the engine responsible for managing chain permissions. The company previously shifted its strategic focus toward institutional privacy infrastructure in mid-2026 following an internal realignment.
Cari Network has adopted the platform for a multi-bank tokenized deposit initiative. This project includes participation from regional institutions such as Huntington and M&T Bank, serving as a primary test case for the technology.
