MANGO OFFICE has launched a web-based version of its Contact Center solution, allowing users to operate directly through a browser. This update eliminates the need for companies to install, configure, or manually update separate applications on individual employee computers, simplifying the deployment process for IT departments.

To begin using the service, companies must subscribe to the MANGO OFFICE Contact Center and configure user accounts. Once set up, employees access the platform via a link and log in to start their tasks. The provider handles all maintenance and software updates centrally, removing the burden from internal technical teams.

The new interface also provides supervisors and managers with quick access to data. By using a saved browser tab, they can retrieve real-time monitoring reports for their contact center operations in approximately 10 seconds. The web version is currently available to all existing subscribers of the service.

MANGO OFFICE is a Russian UCaaS platform that currently serves over 50,000 organizations, including major brands like VkusVill, M.Video-Eldorado, Rosa Khutor, and Dobroflot. According to TMT Consulting, the company holds the top position in the Russian cloud contact center market.
