M.Video has expanded its M.Master service division, which was originally launched in 2024. The service now includes furniture and kitchen assembly, plumbing and electrical work, as well as window and door installation. These additions follow the company's strategy to incorporate new product categories into its marketplace.
The M.Master network currently operates 45 service centers across 18 Russian cities, including Moscow, the Moscow region, and Saint Petersburg. The company aims to provide a comprehensive service platform where customers can purchase goods and order professional installation or assembly work in a single transaction.
The partner-based EcoTaxi service, which handles the removal and recycling of large items, has also updated its offerings. As of August 2026, the service accepts furniture, mattresses, carpets, pianos, bathtubs, and doors, in addition to household appliances. The service is available in 44 Russian cities.
Customers can request EcoTaxi services via a chatbot on the official M.Video website. The minimum cost for removing a single item is 500 ₽. During the first half of 2026, the service completed over 500 requests, primarily involving the removal of large household appliances such as refrigerators and washing machines.
