Logitech has introduced the Developer Edition of its MX Master 4 mouse, which originally launched in September 2025. While the design features a unique two-tone gray aesthetic with bright green accents, the internal hardware remains identical to the standard version.
The device retains the 8,000 DPI sensor and the MagSpeed scroll wheel, which supports scrolling up to 1,000 lines per second. Users also get the same haptic feedback system, the Action Ring button for shortcuts, and multi-device pairing capabilities.
Power is provided by a 650 mAh battery that lasts up to 70 days on a single charge, with support for USB-C quick charging. The chassis includes laser-etched syntax annotations and references to dates like World Programmers' Day and the Linux Kernel release.
The Developer Edition is priced at $120 or €130, matching the cost of the standard model. Each unit comes with a two-year warranty and is currently available through the official Logitech website.
