Texas-based fintech LiquidAcre, founded in 2021, has partnered with Uphold to manage the infrastructure for its tokenized real estate platform. The agreement, announced on October 8, 2026, delegates trading, custody, and KYC processes to Uphold’s enterprise Platform-as-a-Service solution.
The collaboration introduces the LiquidAcre Wallet, which enables users to manage digital assets and perform on-ramping and off-ramping between traditional bank accounts and digital holdings. The platform focuses on fractional real estate ownership through digital representations known as NFAs.
While the companies aim to build a marketplace for tokenized real-world assets, no launch date has been set. All services are subject to jurisdictional eligibility checks, and the financial terms of the partnership remain undisclosed.
LiquidAcre continues to operate its native utility token, LQDA, for ecosystem access, though this deal focuses strictly on infrastructure. Uphold leverages its experience in tokenized securities to support the project, targeting a market sector described as having multi-trillion-dollar potential.
