Chery-owned brand Lepas, established in 2025 for international markets, has unveiled the Aura concept. The vehicle serves as a design study for the company's future production models, showcasing a new aesthetic language dubbed Leopard Aesthetics.
The Aura features a three-door shooting brake body style with an aerodynamic roofline and a long wheelbase. Key design elements include large doors, muscular fenders, and alloy wheels with five oval holes. The front end incorporates a massive covered grille with an integrated screen and slim LED headlights.
The rear of the concept is equipped with a customizable full-width display taillight system. The vehicle's greenhouse is designed as a single glass panel without visible pillars. Chief Designer Ivan Dulanovic stated that the concept focuses on elegance through composure.
While Lepas provided no specific technical details for the Aura, the company stated the concept represents its vision for electrified mobility. The brand currently offers gasoline, plug-in hybrid, and fully electric powertrains for its existing L4, L6, and L8 SUV lineup.
