KULR Technology Group has finalized the liquidation of its Bitcoin portfolio, selling approximately 764 BTC for $58.6 million. The transactions occurred between August 20 and September 11, 2026, at an average price of $76,633 per coin.

This follows an earlier sale in July 2026, where the company offloaded 333 BTC for $21.5 million. These initial proceeds were primarily used to settle a $20 million credit facility with Coinbase, which had been secured by the company's crypto holdings.

In total, KULR generated $80.1 million from the sale of 1,097 BTC. The company, which focuses on battery safety and thermal management for the aerospace and electric vehicle sectors, began its Bitcoin strategy in late 2024.

The firm plans to redirect the liquidity toward its core business operations. Additionally, the company announced that CFO Michael Kimel received a grant of 200,000 restricted stock units, which will vest over a four-year period.
