The fast-food chain Kroshka Kartoshka has initiated the deployment of the VK HR Tek electronic document management system. The project covers the entire staff of the head office and corporate cafes, totaling approximately 500 employees across more than 75 locations.

The system digitizes hiring processes, including application submissions, signing of personnel documents, review of internal regulations, and vacation scheduling. The platform integrates with 1C:ZUP, allowing staff to sign documents and submit requests via smartphones, which is essential for employees without computer access.

The implementation is proceeding in stages. The first phase involves the head office and four cafes in Moscow and Kazan. Subsequent stages will connect locations in Saint Petersburg and the remaining corporate network. The project is supported by the VK Tech Customer Success team.

The company aims to eliminate reliance on physical document transit between regional cafes and the head office. By centralizing processes, the chain expects to reduce courier and postal expenses, improve document tracking, and maintain consistent HR standards as it expands to new locations.
