The retail chain Krasnoe&Beloe has implemented an electronic transport document exchange system in partnership with Kontur. Suppliers are now using the Kontur.Diadoc Logistics service to process electronic transport waybills when delivering goods to distribution centers and retail outlets.

Since the integration, the retailer has signed over 1 million electronic shipping documents. To facilitate this, Kontur customized its solution to integrate directly into the retailer's existing accounting system, allowing staff to handle incoming and outgoing documents without switching interfaces.

The system supports the processing of electronic transport waybills and order requests. It enables document exchange between the retailer and various partners, including suppliers, manufacturers, carriers, and consignees.

According to Anton Shevchenko, head of electronic shipping document development at SKB Kontur, embedding the service into the accounting system eliminates the need for a separate interface. This approach streamlines the onboarding of new counterparties and supports higher volumes of electronic document exchange.
