Korus Consulting has acquired a 33.3% stake in Nextera, a developer of a platform for managing AI agent teams. The remaining 66.7% of the company is held by its founder, Pavel Malko. The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

The Nextera platform enables the creation of autonomous multi-agent systems where AI agents perform tasks such as software development, testing, and analytics. The system is designed for corporate environments and can be deployed directly within a client's infrastructure with controlled access to data.

The platform is already used by large companies for tasks including e-commerce system refactoring, MES development, and automated document processing. Korus Consulting plans to integrate Nextera into its existing portfolio of AI products to offer complex automation solutions.

Nextera was developed with the participation of Korus Consulting teams. The partnership aims to accelerate product development and adapt it to the specific requirements of Russian businesses, focusing on optimizing costs and changing business processes.
