Korus Consulting Group and HRlink have developed a connector to integrate the Avandok Platform with HRlink's electronic document management system. This partnership allows HR departments to prepare and approve documents within the Avandok interface, while employees sign them via HRlink.
The integration enables real-time tracking of document statuses, including notifications when a file is sent, opened, or signed. It also automates the updating of local regulatory acts, reducing manual tasks for HR teams during onboarding or staff transfers.
The system supports transferring documents from HRlink to the Avandok archive. Upon storage, the platform automatically identifies document types, sets retention periods, and links files to employee records. It also manages electronic signature extensions and identifies documents for disposal.
According to Maria Tokareva, Director of Solution Development at Korus Consulting, this integration avoids the high costs of connecting all staff to an office document management system. Instead, it leverages existing infrastructure by assigning preparation and storage to Avandok and employee interaction to HRlink.
Gleb Krivenok, Commercial Director at HRlink, stated that the partnership aims to integrate HR services into the existing corporate IT landscape. This approach allows HR departments and managers to operate within their document management system while employees access services through the HRlink interface.
