Kontur has expanded the integration between its Diadoc electronic document management system and Kontur.Bank. The update introduces new scenarios for processing prepayments and monitoring payment status directly within the document interface. For Kontur.Bank clients, payments initiated through Diadoc are now processed without commission, regardless of the recipient's bank.

The average monthly number of users utilizing this integration has increased 39-fold since its launch. On average, a single company processes nine payments per month using the system. The user base is primarily composed of small businesses, with 59% of companies reporting annual revenue of up to 10 ₽ million, and 32% reporting revenue between 10 ₽ million and 100 ₽ million.

The integration now supports formalized invoices, allowing companies to manage prepayment workflows. The system automatically populates payment amounts from documents, with options for partial payments or manual adjustments. Furthermore, payment information from the internet bank is now visible to all transaction participants, including employees who lack direct access to banking systems.

According to a June 2026 survey of 200 Kontur clients, 10% of users previously encountered errors when manually transferring payment details. Manual data entry could consume up to 30 minutes daily. Kontur plans to further expand the integration to include non-formalized documents, such as scans and images, to streamline payment project formation.
