In September 2026, the Kontur infrastructure processed nearly 25 million electronic transport documents. This volume is 1.5 times higher than the total number of documents handled by the system throughout its entire previous period of operation. During the same month, over 73,000 new clients connected to the Kontur.Diadoc Logistics service.
According to the Russian Ministry of Transport, the state information system for electronic transport documents (GIS EPD) registered over 39 million documents in September 2026. This figure represents 70% of the total volume accumulated over the preceding four years. At peak times, the system processed up to 1.9 million documents per day.
The market also saw an expansion in document exchange between different operators. By the end of September 2026, the Kontur.Diadoc Logistics service established approximately 550,000 active roaming connections between counterparties. During peak periods, roaming traffic exceeded 800,000 individual document stages daily.
To manage the increased traffic, Kontur implemented automated document verification, which nearly halved the number of support requests. By the end of September, the company eliminated support chat queues, with average response times on the hotline reaching one minute for critical issues and three minutes for standard inquiries.
