The Kontur.Focus service has introduced an AI assistant that allows users to retrieve information about companies through a chat interface. The tool analyzes data and highlights key points for the user, eliminating the need to navigate through different sections of the platform.

The assistant provides access to registration details from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, including information on directors and founders. It also reports on financial metrics such as revenue and profit, and summarizes arbitration history, including the number of cases and claim amounts.

This update follows previous AI-driven features integrated into the platform, such as contract analysis, which reduces document review time to 10 minutes, supplier comparison tools, and automated risk assessment reports.

According to Anton Lomovsky, head of the Kontur.Focus project, the assistant is designed to speed up the due diligence process by synthesizing data and identifying potential risks, allowing users to focus on critical decision-making factors.
