Kontur has updated the Diadoc electronic document management service, including its web version, 1C module, and mobile application. The web interface now features a task-oriented dashboard, enhanced search filters, and an automated recognition tool for non-formalized documents that extracts dates, numbers, and amounts.

The service now supports end-to-end contract management, including version history and comment tracking. A new AI-powered analysis tool, developed with Kontur.Focus, identifies transaction risks based on the company's role. Additionally, users can now initiate payments directly from documents, with instant processing available for Kontur.Bank clients.

The 1C module now supports version 8.5 and allows users to generate documents from PDF files, including automated nomenclature matching. Kontur has also implemented direct integration with 1C:Fresh, enabling document import and signing directly from the web interface without requiring a separate module.

Mobile application updates allow users to register organizations, manage access, and use NFC tokens or Gosklyuch for digital signatures. These features enable remote execution of legally binding actions, reducing the need for desktop access.
