Kitfort, a household appliance manufacturer, has integrated the Saby platform to implement cross-border electronic document management for its operations in Belarus. Previously, the company relied on paper documents delivered by courier services, which took four days to process.
The transition to digital workflows has reduced delivery times to approximately one minute, while the approval and signing of waybills now take about an hour. Kitfort currently processes over 10 document packages per month for its Belarusian partners.
The system handles formalized universal transfer documents and packing lists, including cargo weight and dimensions. Documents are generated in 1C and transferred to Saby via an integration, eliminating manual data entry. The platform also provides real-time status tracking.
Cross-border exchange utilizes electronic signatures from each respective country, with validity verified through a trusted third party. Kitfort intends to expand the scope of digital documents to include adjustment forms, bonus agreements, and official correspondence.
