Kamui Finance, established in 2024 and based in the Marshall Islands, has introduced three institutional-grade vaults on the Ethereum network. These vaults aggregate tokenized real-world assets from four providers: DigiFT, Centrifuge, Midas, and Ondo.

The platform utilizes the ERC-7540 standard for its vault tokens. This specification supports asynchronous deposit and redemption flows, allowing for off-chain processing and compliance checks that are necessary for assets like private credit, real estate debt, and US Treasuries.

Kamui Finance acts as an operational layer, managing sourcing, due diligence, portfolio rebalancing, and compliance. By consolidating multiple asset classes into a single integration point, the firm aims to reduce the operational burden for institutional investors.

The vault tokens are compatible with other DeFi protocols. The company's team includes professionals with backgrounds at Goldman Sachs and other financial institutions. Currently, there are no disclosed figures regarding assets under management or target yields.
