T. Rowe Price, an asset manager overseeing $1.9 trillion, has filed a new free writing prospectus with the SEC for its TKNZ crypto fund. The fund, which trades on NYSE Arca, is marketed as the first actively managed, multi-token spot exchange-traded product in the United States.

The ETF began trading on July 16, 2026, following SEC approval of listing rule changes on June 12, 2026. The portfolio typically holds between 5 and 15 digital assets, with Bitcoin allocations expected to range from 30% to 80%. The fund does not invest in traditional securities like stocks or bonds.

Portfolio management is led by Blue Macellari and a team of four co-managers. They aim to outperform the FTSE Crypto US Listed Index by adjusting holdings based on fundamental research and risk management rather than mirroring an index.

The net management fee is currently 0.75%, with an increase to 0.90% scheduled for after May 31, 2027. The fund is structured as a Delaware statutory trust.
