Companies in the public sector, healthcare, industry, and financial services were the most active users of these digital solutions. Users increasingly adopted AI features such as automated meeting summaries, transcription services, and smart assistants to improve meeting efficiency.
Interest in digital video effects, including background replacement, blurring, masks, avatars, and smart zoom, doubled in the region. While the use of online meetings remained steady, interest in webinars declined during the summer months.
