CNews has published its inaugural ranking of comprehensive IT service providers in Russia, featuring 16 major market players. The companies were evaluated against more than 200 criteria covering infrastructure support, system software, and cybersecurity.
K2Tech secured the top position in the ranking, leading in three key categories: resource base, service complexity, and client interaction. The company currently supports over 550 clients and manages more than 100,000 service requests annually.
The K2Tech service team consists of over 500 specialists who maintain solutions from more than 310 vendors. The company operates its own warehouse containing over 68,500 spare parts and utilizes specialized laboratories for equipment and software testing.
The market for comprehensive IT support projects is growing by 30% annually. Clients are increasingly shifting from simple incident resolution to outsourcing full infrastructure management, including risk mitigation and proactive vulnerability assessment.
