Jetour announced that the Traveler 7 model will begin pre-sales on September 23. The vehicle maintains a rugged boxy design, featuring new circular headlights and a revised front bumper that matches the body color.
The SUV comes in two body sizes with a wheelbase of 2800 mm. The length is either 4827 mm or 4848 mm, while the width and height are 2006 mm and 1875 mm respectively. The rear retains the side-opening tailgate and external spare tire.
The fuel version is powered by a 2.0TGDI engine paired with an 8AT transmission, delivering 187 kW and 390 Nm of torque. It features the Falcon 500 advanced driver assistance system.
The C-DM plug-in hybrid variant uses a 1.5TD engine and a three-motor system with a CATL battery. It offers a total output of 575 kW and 835 Nm, with a CLTC electric range of 245 km and a combined range of 1400 km. This version is equipped with Huawei Qiankun ADS 5.
All models include the XWD automatic intelligent four-wheel-drive system and 7+X off-road modes for torque distribution and slip control. The interior features a flat dashboard with separate instrument and infotainment screens.
