JD.com has removed the iPhone Duo early bird benefit package, which was priced at ¥7999. The package was exclusively available to PLUS members and did not cover the cost of the smartphone itself, requiring a full payment for the device upon purchase.

The benefit package included a ¥999 repurchase subsidy, 90 days of free replacement, one year of free repairs, and five years of free battery replacements. It also bundled physical accessories, including a case worth ¥999, a charger worth ¥329, and a glass screen protector valued at ¥849.

Users reported issues with the package, specifically noting that it could only be applied to 256GB and 512GB models and required device activation after delivery. Consumers have filed complaints on the Black Cat platform regarding the inability to return or refund the package.
