The Jarvis AI platform, developed by Virtu Systems, has been officially included in the Russian software registry. Available to insurers since October 5, the product is designed to meet national import substitution requirements.
Pilot projects demonstrated that the platform increases agent client acquisition by 25% and boosts deal closures by 30%. Managers using the system were able to oversee twice as many agents, while the insurer expanded its agency network by 50% without increasing headcount.
The platform consists of four modules: client, agent, manager, and trainer hubs. The client hub provides policy history and AI-driven explanations of insurance products. The agent hub automates product selection and scheduling, while the manager hub handles routine inquiries and performance tracking.
The trainer hub automates onboarding by generating courses from legal and methodological documents. In pilot testing, this module reduced the time for new agents to close their first deal to two weeks, lowered agent turnover by 15%, and cut onboarding costs by 20%.
According to Virtu Systems, insurance companies can deploy the platform within one to two weeks. The software is fully compliant with Russian legislation, which is a mandatory requirement for procurement by domestic insurance firms.
