Innodisk has officially launched its industrial-grade DDR5-8000 RDIMM memory modules. This new release offers a performance increase of 1/9 compared to the previous 7200MT/s models.

The memory modules are available in capacities ranging from 16GB to 64GB. To ensure reliability in industrial environments, the hardware integrates TVS diodes and eFuse technology, which protect against voltage fluctuations and power supply anomalies.

The design features 30μ" gold-plated connectors and anti-sulfuration technology to improve durability and corrosion resistance. These enhancements are intended to support high-performance AI workloads by addressing memory bandwidth limitations.

Looking ahead, Innodisk plans to expand its DDR5-8000 product lineup. By the first quarter of 2027, the company intends to introduce new form factors, including non-ECC and ECC CUDIMM, as well as non-ECC and ECC CSO-DIMM modules.
