The funding round was led by IRIS and Five Arrows, an alternative assets division of Rothschild & Co. This investment brings the total capital raised by Implicity since 2016 to approximately $69 million. Previous funding includes a $23 million Series A round in 2022.

Implicity develops AI tools for remote cardiac monitoring, including Signal HF, which predicts hospitalisation needs. The platform integrates data from five device manufacturers and hospital records. The company also offers productivity AI to filter false alarms using medication and clinical histories.

The company plans to use the new capital to acquire smaller firms and expand commercial operations in the United States and Germany. Implicity currently employs between 120 and 125 people, with 15 staff members based in the US and four in Germany.

Founder Arnaud Rosier noted that the company avoided a private equity structure to retain control. Implicity faces competition from firms like Murj and PaceMate, which have raised $8.5 million and $8 million respectively, significantly less than Implicity.

The global remote cardiac monitoring market was valued at $4.1 billion in 2024 and is projected to reach $12 billion by 2034. Implicity aims to scale its technology to address the operational burden on hospital staff.
