IBS Group has launched a new business unit called Ingeros, focused on industrial robotics and automated manufacturing solutions. The division's initial product lineup includes proprietary delta robots and AI-powered machine vision systems.
The delta robots are capable of performing up to 120 operations per minute with high precision. These systems support tasks such as sorting, product orientation, and multi-layer stacking. The robots are designed for easy reconfiguration and integration into existing production lines.
Both the hardware and software components are manufactured in Russia, which facilitates maintenance and the production of custom configurations. The machine vision systems utilize neural networks for quality control and can be deployed either with the robots or as standalone upgrades.
IBS reports that these robotics solutions typically offer a return on investment within 6 to 12 months. The technology is targeted at sectors including food production, chemical manufacturing, woodworking, logistics, and construction materials.
Armen Kocharov, managing partner of the IBS technology division, stated that the company aims to lower the barrier to entry for industrial automation. The firm plans to expand its equipment lineup to compete with international manufacturers from China, Germany, and the US.
