Yoomoney project management department uses AI tools to optimize operational tasks. The team handles 16 squads, 23 employees, and approximately 400 projects annually. They employ internal models, including Qwen, to ensure data security within the corporate perimeter.
AI integration in Jira and JetBrains helps structure task descriptions, summarize comments, and perform natural language searches instead of using JQL. For meetings, the team uses Salut Jazz to generate transcripts, which reportedly saves up to 60% of the time required to prepare meeting summaries.
Browser-based AI assistants allow the team to analyze project data directly from web pages, such as Gantt charts, by filtering and sorting metrics without exporting to Excel. This approach enables iterative data analysis through sequential prompts.
The company also uses AI to draft API call sequences and UI layouts for new services. A manual multi-agent approach is applied where the AI generates a solution, and the manager acts as a reviewer to identify potential flaws before sending the output to the team for grooming.
Future development plans include automating report generation to predict risks and delays, creating assistants for task decomposition based on technical specifications, and automating quarterly planning based on historical workload data.
