Honor has introduced a new feature called Exclusive Power Saving Suggestions in the upcoming MagicOS 11. The system analyzes recent user behavior to identify power-intensive functions that are rarely used, providing targeted optimization recommendations to improve battery life.
Users can access these settings manually via the Battery and Power Optimization menu. Suggested actions include disabling voice wake-up, turning off Google Play services, switching the always-on display to tap-to-show, and disabling ultra-dynamic display features.
The official release of MagicOS 11 is scheduled for September 15, 2026, during the Honor Global Developer Conference in Shenzhen. The presentation will take place between 19:00 and 20:00.
In addition to power management, MagicOS 11 includes the Hongyan AI Cloud Map feature. This tool is designed to optimize network selection, improve connectivity in weak signal areas, and enhance performance during elevator transitions and video streaming.
