Honor has introduced a custom charging limit feature in its MagicOS 11 update. Users can now manage battery health by setting specific charge caps via the Settings, Battery, and Battery Health menus. If a full charge is required, a one-time override option is available in the system notification panel.
The October update for MagicOS 11 also expands the YOYO Suggestions feature, which now includes automated scheduling for school classes and exam reminders. Additionally, the system adds smart notifications for luggage storage and retrieval services to improve user convenience.
The AI-powered photo tool now supports professional ID photo creation, including features for changing backgrounds and outfits. The update also enhances the Capsule feature, integrating real-time navigation data from Tencent and Amap for driving, public transit, walking, and cycling.
Furthermore, Honor has improved the Capsule interface for ride-hailing services like Didi and Meituan, displaying driver details and arrival times. The update also enables cross-brand file sharing via Honor Share with Oppo, Vivo, and Xiaomi devices, alongside expanded support for third-party apps.
