Honor has officially launched its new Windows tablet at the Honor WIN Gaming Carnival. The device features an 8.4-inch OLED display with a 240Hz refresh rate and is powered by the fifth-generation Snapdragon 8 Extreme Edition processor. The starting price for the tablet is ¥3699 after government subsidies.

NetEase UU Remote has announced a strategic partnership with the Honor team to optimize remote connectivity for the new tablet. This collaboration focuses on enhancing performance and stability for both gaming and professional productivity scenarios.

For gaming, the software supports up to 4K resolution at 144 frames per second. Users can choose between touchscreen controls with over 300 pre-configured button layouts, external mouse and keyboard support, or game controllers. Privacy features include a one-click mute function and a dedicated anti-peeping mode.

In professional use cases, the integration enables unrestricted bidirectional file transfers, including support for large files, batch processing, and resume-on-interrupt functionality. The system also provides specialized button mapping for software like Office, CAD, video editing tools, and programming environments, alongside remote terminal access and windowed modes.
