This partnership aims to provide specialized hiring tools for frontline industries across North America, enabling companies to automate candidate sourcing and engagement.
BambooHR currently serves more than 30,000 customers in over 190 countries, managing over 3 million employee records. The integration allows these users to access HireQuotient’s proactive recruitment features, such as AI-driven calls, automated texting, and candidate outreach, directly alongside their existing HR workflows.
According to HireQuotient’s leadership, the collaboration is designed to reduce manual recruitment efforts and improve cost efficiency for employers. The platform focuses on filling gaps in high-volume hiring processes by identifying and engaging candidates who have not yet submitted formal applications.
The partnership combines BambooHR’s payroll and HR management capabilities with HireQuotient’s AI-native sourcing technology. Executives from both companies stated that this synergy provides a streamlined operating system for people operations, helping businesses manage talent acquisition more effectively in the current labor market.
