Hark, founded by Brett Adcock, released its first consumer product, the Hark Pro app, on October 6, 2026. The application is available on web, iOS, and Android platforms and is designed to perform tasks like booking rides, paying bills, and managing spreadsheets by anticipating user needs.
The app utilizes Handoff, a proprietary cloud infrastructure introduced in August 2026. This system can operate up to 36 web browsers simultaneously to manage tasks across millions of websites. The company plans to launch its own hardware in 2027, though it will not include wearable camera glasses.
Hark offers a free version of the app, alongside two subscription tiers priced at $20 per month for double usage and $100 per month for 10x usage. The company has secured AT&T as a partner for service connectivity.
In May 2026, the startup raised over $700 million in a Series A funding round, reaching a valuation of $6 billion. Investors include NVIDIA and AMD Ventures. Previously, Brett Adcock self-funded the company with $100 million after emerging from stealth in March 2026.
