The Palo Alto-based startup Hang Ten Systems has successfully raised $32 million in a seed funding round. The investment was led by Mayfield, with additional participation from Aramco Ventures and several angel investors.
Founded by former Infosys CEO Vishal Sikka and CTO Navin Budhiraja, the company aims to replace conventional IT outsourcing with agentic AI. The startup has already secured multiple seven-figure enterprise contracts shortly after its launch.
The company's technology focuses on agentic code generation and reusable skills libraries. These AI agents are designed to write, test, and deploy software with minimal human intervention while building domain-specific capabilities.
Current clients include major European industrial firms such as Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy and Fresenius. The initial projects cover various corporate functions, including finance, human resources, and product development.
The company's board of directors includes Yahoo co-founder Jerry Yang. Vishal Sikka, who previously served as a senior executive at SAP and led Infosys, brings his experience in automation and AI to the new venture.
