Google is updating the Play Store interface for vehicles equipped with Google built-in. The new layout automatically adjusts to the specific screen size and orientation of the car, including vertical displays. The update will begin rolling out to users over the next few weeks.

The redesigned store features a streamlined navigation menu with dedicated sections for apps, games, and search. Users can now view featured applications on the homepage and download them with a single tap. The update also introduces new software options, such as Starz, Firefox, Ludo King, and JioHotstar, for use while the vehicle is parked.

YouTube Premium subscribers can now watch videos on the dashboard when the car is stationary and continue audio playback while driving. Google continues to expand its automotive software ecosystem, having recently replaced Google Assistant with Gemini AI in vehicles from manufacturers including Ford, GM, Honda, Nissan, and Volvo.
