Google has officially discontinued its Pixel Tablet, removing the product page from its online store. The device, which launched in 2023 as a hybrid between an Android tablet and a Nest Hub smart display, is no longer available for purchase directly from the manufacturer.

Although sales ceased in late August, the product page remained accessible with an out-of-stock status until recently. Currently, the tablet is also unavailable through third-party retailers such as Amazon, leaving only a few remaining accessories in the official store.

Reports indicate that Google canceled plans for second and third-generation models, which were previously expected in 2025 and 2027 respectively. The company reportedly halted development due to concerns regarding the project's overall profitability.

Despite the end of hardware sales, Google confirmed that software support and updates for the Pixel Tablet will continue until 2028. This move marks the end of the company's latest attempt to maintain a presence in the tablet market.
