Globant has lost 80% of its market capitalization since early 2025, with shares on the NYSE falling approximately 39% over the past year to trade between $34 and $40. The company reported second-quarter 2026 revenue of $614.4 million and adjusted its full-year 2026 revenue guidance to a range of $2.428 billion to $2.462 billion, with expected operating margins of 13.5% to 14.5%.

The firm is pivoting toward output-based AI Pods, which allow clients to pay for deliverables rather than billable hours. The company's AI platform, Glob.AI, reached an annual recurring revenue of $52.8 million as of June 2026, up from $32.8 million in March. Globant aims to increase this figure to at least $110 million by the end of 2026, supported by a sales pipeline of $436.8 million.

Adoption of the platform is currently present in 45% of the company's top 20 accounts. To accelerate this strategy, Globant appointed Sarab Narang as CEO of Glob.AI in August 2026, following the hiring of Fernando Matzkin as chief operating officer. The platform integrates technologies from partners including OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Cloud, and Salesforce.
