Gazprom Export has migrated its document management processes to the Russian AvanDoc platform. The project involved transferring over 600,000 documents from the previous OpenText Documentum system. The implementation was carried out by ECM-Consulting, a partner of the AvanDoc developer, Korus Consulting Group.
The transition was completed without a parallel operation period, ensuring business continuity. The new system is now in industrial operation, covering key business processes including contract management and HR workflows such as leave and business trip requests.
The platform features a multi-level security system for confidential documents, including access rights matrices, file deletion restrictions, and digital watermarking. Additionally, the system includes automated HR data entry and real-time monitoring tools for executive discipline.
The IT department at Gazprom Export can now independently configure new document types, reports, and dashboards without external developer support. This capability aims to accelerate the implementation of system updates and changes.
