The Garant company has released an updated version of its AI-powered legal assistant, Iskra 2.0. The new iteration introduces enhanced tools designed to improve the productivity, quality, and accuracy of responses for legal professionals.

Iskra 2.0 now supports document uploads in DOC, DOCX, PDF, TXT, ODT, and RTF formats. Users can submit text or files of up to 50,000 characters. The system is also capable of asking clarifying questions for ambiguous queries, such as distinguishing between 44-FZ and 223-FZ procurement regulations.

A new 'Detailed Analysis' profile has been introduced for complex legal situations. Additionally, the service features a 'Contract Review' function that identifies risks, prioritizes them, and provides recommendations. It can automatically generate revised contract clauses while ensuring that personal data remains masked.

The update includes an integrated chat feature that allows users to ask questions during the document analysis and editing process. Users can request guidance on calculations or clause formulation. The final documents and protocols of disagreements can be exported in DOCX format.
