Gamindo, a platform for interactive corporate training, has secured €1.4 million in a seed funding round. The company provides tools that allow businesses to transform standard corporate content into interactive learning modules without requiring technical expertise. Currently, the service is applied in areas such as cybersecurity, sales enablement, and professional development.
The startup serves over 50 global clients, including brands like Prada, L'Oréal, and Aon. The investment round involved participation from Club degli Investitori, Vento, Doorway, and Zanichelli Venture. Additionally, a group of angel investors contributed, including Bending Spoons co-founders, former Apple CFO Luca Maestri, King.com founder Riccardo Zacconi, and Docebo executives.
Alongside the funding, Gamindo is launching a new vertical focused on training employees in the responsible and effective use of artificial intelligence in the workplace. The company aims to move beyond simple software licensing by providing practical, interactive use cases for AI tools. The platform allows organizations to create these training experiences independently.
The company plans to allocate the raised capital primarily toward expanding its team and accelerating product development. Gamindo intends to use the funds to support its international commercial growth while maintaining a lean organizational structure.
