Fundcraft is expanding its digital platform for fund operations, focusing on more complex private equity buyout structures. The company is moving beyond its initial client base of venture and growth funds, which included firms like Moonfare, Rocket Internet, and Lifeline Ventures.

The funding round was jointly led by Riverside Acceleration Capital and CCAP Investments, with participation from 3VC, MiddleGame Ventures, and Aperture Capital. Since 2021, Fundcraft has raised a total of €40 million, including an €11 million Series A round completed in two stages in 2024.

The company's platform currently supports nearly 300 funds and over 20,000 limited partner subscriptions. In the first half of 2026, the company acquired as many new clients as it did throughout all of 2025, with nearly one-third of new contracts coming from existing clients launching new funds.

Fundcraft operates as a licensed fund administrator in both Luxembourg and the French entity, which was approved by the AMF in 2026. This allows the investor onboarding, fund administration, and portfolio operations to be use the same data layer. The company is also developing an AI-native solution to automate processes.

The new capital will be used to meet more complex requirements and launch funds aimed at attracting over €1 billion in commitments, including ELTIF 2.0 and evergreen structures, to increase retail investor access to private markets.
