Frore Systems has introduced the LiquidJet Diamond water block, designed for server liquid cooling systems in AI data centers. The device features an integrated diamond heat spreader to manage high-density thermal loads.

According to the manufacturer, the system allows data centers to increase token generation per watt by 35% compared to traditional microchannel water blocks. It is capable of cooling hotspots with heat flux densities up to 770 W/cm².

The technology builds on the company's existing LiquidJet 3D-printed cooling system, which reduces GPU temperatures by 12 °C. The addition of diamond plates to the LiquidJet Diamond model provides an additional 10 °C reduction in peak heat zones.

Compared to conventional microchannel solutions, the new system improves heat transfer efficiency by 75% and lowers GPU temperatures by 16 °C to 22 °C. The design is scalable and does not require a complete system overhaul for installation.

The company plans to demonstrate the LiquidJet Diamond at the OCP Global Summit, scheduled for October 12–16, 2026. The demonstration will feature Nvidia Rubin chips with a power consumption of 2300 W.
