FlexSoft CEO Arkady Lobas spoke at the Fintech X10 forum, which marked the 10th anniversary of the Fintech Association. The event, held at the Rossiya Segodnya media center, gathered banking executives, Central Bank representatives, and government officials to discuss the future of financial technology.

Lobas argued that AI integration has become an industry standard, moving beyond simple document processing and coding. He emphasized a shift in banking where customers seek specific outcomes rather than choosing from standard product catalogs. AI agents are expected to handle complex tasks, such as vehicle financing and registration, by orchestrating multiple services seamlessly.

The executive identified legacy IT infrastructure as the primary barrier to implementing these hybrid AI-driven scenarios. He proposed transitioning to an AI-Native platform architecture to replace fragmented systems. This approach aims to enable real-time creation of personalized financial products and reduce Time-to-Market to near zero.
