The Majordom mobile application has updated its common area booking process. Users now select dates and times before submitting requests, with costs calculated automatically for paid services. This ensures that booking terms and pricing are transparent to residents prior to finalizing their applications.
Management company staff now receive requests with pre-filled data, including selected time slots and calculated costs, which they can adjust if necessary. For free bookings, the interface has been simplified to display only essential scheduling information.
The administrative panel now allows staff to reorder common area photos via drag-and-drop, which updates the display in the mobile app. Additionally, the system now organizes GIS ZhKH receipt data hierarchically, allowing managers to track status and error reports from the building level down to individual units.
Updates for iOS and Android versions include refined scheduling for property handovers, preventing engineers' shift end times from appearing as available slots. The iOS version also includes a fix for speakerphone functionality during incoming intercom calls.
