EVEDEX, a hybrid cryptocurrency exchange, has unveiled the tokenomics for its native utility token, EVE. The asset features a fixed total supply of 100 million tokens. The distribution plan allocates 31% to the treasury and DAO, 18% to the core team, 15% to partnerships, 12% to liquidity and vaults, 10% to seed and private rounds, 8% to network incentives, and 6% for a retroactive airdrop.

The airdrop rewards early users based on points earned through trading, liquidity provision, referrals, and community tasks. Eligibility is determined by historical platform activity, with no additional deposits required. The token generation event is linked to the protocol's mainnet roadmap, specifically following the launch of perpetual trading and fee accrual to the DAO treasury.

Staking EVE tokens provides users with stEVE, a non-transferable token representing voting power in the DAO. The conversion rate is one-for-one. Because stEVE cannot be traded, governance weight must be earned by locking tokens. Unstaking follows a one-year linear schedule, with early exit penalties reaching up to 50%. Rewards are tied to protocol fee generation.

Currently, EVEDEX reports over 74,000 registered traders and a monthly trading volume exceeding $15 billion. The platform supports leverage of up to 200x, with maker fees set at 0.015% and taker fees at 0.045%. The exchange combines centralized execution speed with decentralized self-custody.
