EuroChem has integrated the VK HR Tek platform to manage personnel electronic document workflows across 21 of its production facilities. The system now covers 13,500 employees located in six Russian regions, streamlining 69 distinct HR processes.
The project, which began in August 2024, involved deploying the platform within the company's own infrastructure. Developers integrated the system with internal services to automate data entry and established a unified role-based model for managing multiple legal entities.
To facilitate access for production staff, the company embedded the VK HR Tek interface into its existing corporate mobile application using an SDK. This approach allows employees to sign documents digitally without needing a dedicated desktop workstation.
According to EuroChem, the transition has reduced routine HR operations by half. Currently, 90% of the company's staff are active users of the system, which replaced the previous manual process of delivering paper documents via couriers and internal mail.
The implementation included a comprehensive internal communication campaign, the creation of instructional materials, and the appointment of digital ambassadors at each site to support the gradual rollout of the new HR technology.
