The seed funding round was led by Vendep Capital with participation from FIRSTPICK VC. EnforceShield, which was founded in 2024 by attorney Rytis Rudzinskas, develops a SaaS platform designed to automate the identification and resolution of online intellectual property infringements. The system handles tasks ranging from cross-platform detection and legal analysis to takedown execution and monitoring.
The platform utilizes AI agents and built-in legal logic to assess cases and perform enforcement actions, such as removing counterfeit listings, unauthorized sellers, and phishing pages. It operates on a human-at-the-end model, where lawyers review complex cases and exceptions while the system manages routine violations. Currently, the company serves more than 20 enterprise customers.
EnforceShield reports that its platform removes an average of over 33,500 intellectual property violations per month for its e-commerce clients. The startup plans to use the new capital to enhance its technical capabilities, specifically by enabling its AI agents to handle repeat offenders and more complex enforcement processes. Additionally, the company intends to expand its commercial presence in the US.
